Ben Eady Takes 50th Wicket for Season 18/19

CPCC Junior off spin bowler Ben Eady reached a milestone on the weekend taking his 50th wicket for the season.

This year Ben took up the challenge to play in our 2nd grade seniors team and in the 2 dayer against Long Reef on the weekend his combined figures were 8/72 off 26 overs, helping the team to an outright win. Ben is now the leading wicket taker for CPCC in 2nd grade on 21 scalps.

Ben has also had a great Manly Rep season for the U15’s where he has also taken 21 wickets including a 5/35 against Newcastle and a 4/10 (off 10 overs) against North West Sydney.

With one more round of seniors to go & some games in Juniors, let’s see if Ben can get to 60 for the season. Well done Ben!
