Games this weekend
As per notice below from the MWJCA, please note that all games including finals scheduled for this weekend are cancelled.
This effectively brings the season to an end.
It goes without saying that this is a disappointing end to the season however it should not detract from what has been another fabulous year of junior cricket on the Plateau.
We have four teams who have ended up as Premiers of their respective competitions:
- U16-18 Charges
- U15/2 Electric
- U13 Girls Cyclone
- U12/1 Electrons
This is a fantastic achievement and all players, coaches and managers are to be congratulated.
Presentation Day
CPCC’s Junior Presentation Day scheduled for this Saturday has also been cancelled in line with advice from government and Cricket Aus.
We will advise alternative arrangements for the distribution of awards in due course.
Return of Kits
In place of the Presentation Day this Saturday, we would like all team kits to be returned to the Plateau Youth Club Hall between 2pm and 4pm.
A very big thank you to all of our volunteers who have enabled the teams to take to the field each week. Thank you to all players for their participation and parents for your support.

Dear Delegates,
The MWJCA will be following the recommendations of Cricket Australia and Cricket NSW (please see below) with all games cancelled for the remainder of the season. The Association will provide further information on individual and team award winners in due course.
In addition, all trials and training for MWJCA representative cricket are cancelled. Representative selectors will be in contact with trialists regarding future plans as they become available.
