Santa Brings New Run-Ups for Plateau Park Nets

Collaroy Plateau Cricketers were pleasantly surprised on their return to training at Plateau Park by the new bowling run-ups in the nets. This unexpected work has solved a number of safety concerns as well as improving the facility for bowlers and removing an eyesore created by the old dirt patch. Hopefully this work will compliment the eagerly awaited re-turfing work of Vic Huxley Oval expected to commence soon. CPCC and the Collaroy Plateau Community wish to thank Santa and the Warringah Shire Council for this very tidy job. We are fortunate to have one of the best cricket net facilities in the district thanks to CPCC’s & WSC’s combined efforts over the years.
